Sample Submission

We are committed to providing excellent testing and customer services to all of our clients. To best serve you, we ask that you follow this guide submitting samples to our laboratory for analysis.

Step 1

Contact Us

It is necessary to always contact us prior to submitting any samples in order to discuss details related to testing, turn-around time, confidentiality agreements, and any necessary services.

Step 2

Request a Quote

Please fill our Request for Quotation Form and submit it by e-mail to islc@islc.com.sa

Step 3

Fill Sample Submission Form

Samples can be sent to the laboratory for testing by completion of our
Sample Submission Form.

To prevent delays in testing, please ensure a completed form is sent to the laboratory.

Extra testing or alterations to requests should be made in writing via our contact details.

Step 4

Prepare Your Sample

When submitting samples to our laboratory, it is necessary that the sample meets our size requirement.

Minimum accepted size is A4; larger sheets are preferred.
A Minimum of 2 samples must be submitted for analysis.

Step 5

Label Your Sample Properly

Samples should be clearly labeled with the following information:

Company / Customer Name
Unique Sample ID
Date of Sampling

Step 6

Packaging and Shipping

Samples can be shipped in any appropriate packaging ensuring their integrity is maintained.
Packaging should be secure and damage-proof such as sturdy boxes or padded envelopes, etc.
Sample Submission Form must be printed and sent with samples in order to be accepted.
